Caution: These positive effects are based on moderate beer drinkers. For all of you planning on spending your pay-check on beer think again.
1. One study conducted by the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA) noted a 20-40 percent decrease in coronary artery disease in moderate alcohol drinkers.
2. A Dutch study showed a 30 percent increase in Vitamin B in beer drinkers. The hops in beer are loaded with nutrients.
3. Moderate beer drinking revealed a 40 percent decrease in kidney stones.
4. The hops in beer also serves as a natural hormone replacement. And another study shows that drinking alcohol decreased the incidence of osteoporosis.
5. Drinking the right amount of beer is good for your mental health. Moderate drinking has reported a prevention of mental acuity.
6.Multiple cases showed up to 50 percent reduction in the risk of strokes amongst drinkers
i am sure all them beer consumers will raise a glass to this...... but then, it is a good thing it says" moderate beer drinkers" so, try as much as possible not to abuse your entire body system..
